Tony HeinrichsTony Heinrichs grew up on the near west side of Madison with his three sisters and parents Jerry and Jean Heinrichs. Tony’s father Jerry, a land developer, instilled the pride found in personal experience and a strong work ethic. Tony began his career selling residential homes; while finding great success he decided to pursue his true passion for land development.
In 1996, Tony and Jerry began the father-son team of Heinrich’s development, cultivating relationships with local farmers in the surrounding Madison area to build desirable neighborhoods embraced by the community.
As the developments flourished, Tony began his next venture of new home construction. In 1999, he created two home building companies to meet the growing needs of the individual buyer. In 2003 he merged the companies, creating Trademark Homes. The concept was to streamline the process, building affordable quality homes with reliable customer service. Tony is driven by the success of quality new home construction and desirable neighborhood communities such as Gateway Estates, Kettle Creek, Hawthorne Hills, Westridge as well as other projects.
Tony married Lori in 1996. They oversee a busy household, raising two teenagers: daughter Julia, son Anthony and loyal dog Stanley. They reside in one of his developments in Verona. Tony enjoys spending time with his children with a special affinity towards their Verona hockey teams! Often you can find Tony entertaining family and friends.
Michele NarowetzMichele Narowetz brings sales and marketing expertise to Trademark Homes. Michele is a childhood family friend of Tony Heinrichs with similar Midwest values of hard work, honesty and integrity.
Michele is a tremendous advocate for our clients. She is a good listener with a desire to understand our customers’ wants and needs to ensure that Trademark Homes exceeds their expectations. Michele thrives on working with people to bring their dreams to reality. These attributes build the relationships that continue to provide our customers the highest quality custom homes in the community they desire.
As a native of Madison, Michele graduated in 1990 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She has been a residential specialist since 2000 as well as a Top Producer. She is a proud mom of a daughter Morgan, and Daisy, the dog. The two enjoy golfing, downhill skiing and shopping.
Wendy Fay is the Accountant for Trademark Homes, and is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and general operations. She has been a part of Tony Heinrich’s team since inception providing consistent superior customer service.
Wendy works closely with the clients, subcontractors and project manager, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all project related financials. She enjoys “keeping all in order,” a role essential to Trademark Homes longevity and success as a new home builder.
She has been involved in the inner workings of real estate and accounting since 1988. Married to Alan, two sons Cole and Brenden, and a favorite of the family, fur baby Elle! During her free time she enjoys travel, reading and time with friends.
